Day One.
You will be picked up from your hotel around 8am and driven to our depot, “Murray’s
Place”. In departing from Murray’s Place we will avoid most of the craziness that is central Phnom
Penh traffic. We depart around 9am and travel along route 3 through the countryside. After a
halfway drinks break we ride onto Kampot where we check into the Mea Culpha Guesthouse.

Day Two
Depart Kampot and travel to Tatai, a small village 30 kms from the Thai Border on the
Tatai River. In Tatai we check into the beautiful Tatai Hotel Resort and Marina

Day Three
We will visit what was the last frontier town of Koh Kong in the morning and have lunch in Koh Kong. A visit to the border crossing and Casino is an optional possibility. After lunch we will do a complimentary boat trip to the Tatai Waterfall.

Day Four
Depart Tatai and travel to Sihanouk Ville. A few years back the road from Koh Kong to
Route 4 was 150 kms of dirt road with 4 ferry crossings. It is now a magnificent ride through the
Cardamon Mountains In Sihanouk Ville we will book into the Nataya Holiday Villa.

Day Five
Day 5 is a lazy day indeed. You may like to just relax on the beach. You need not even leave
the Resort, perhaps a day by the pool. If you’re a bit more energetic your guide will be more than
happy to show you around Sihanouk Ville or even organize a short tour to Otres Beach and Ream
National Park. Apart from riding, there are many other activities that can be arranged; Fishing,
Diving, BoozeCruises, Day trips to the Islands, The Shooting Range etc. Just ask Murray.

Day Six
We leave Sihanouk Ville but never fear, we are not leaving Cambodia's beaches just
yet. We depart the Reef Resort after breakfast and travel back to Kampot for lunch. After lunch we
take a ride through Bokor National Park to the peak of Bokor mountain.
Bokor mountain is currently being transformed into a “Billion Dollar” tourist
playground with a Golf Course, Chairlift, Casino, 5 star Hotels etc. etc. It was once a two hour
slog on a trail bike to reach the top, now it is a brilliant 30 minute ride on a perfect road.
From the top of Bokor mountain we descend and ride the 60 kilometers to Kep for
the night. In Kep we check into The Beach House. The Beach House is
a splendid hotel, set in the foothills overlooking the beach. Here you can enjoy the pool or walk
down to the beach. That night we will visit a Khmer seafood restaurant at the famous crab market
restaurants.

DAY 7
We are in no great hurry to travel the 170 odd kilometres back to the Phnom Penh.
We'll check out around 9am, and travel to Takeo town for lunch at the Kampot Bistro. A hard to
find but fabulous French restaurant. A final optional stop is a sombre stop at Choeng Ek, better
known as the Killing Fields. The stop at the killing fields is optional. After Choeng Ek we’ll travel the last 15 kms back to Phnom Penh and arrive at Murray’s Place well before dark. There we will have a few drinks and a BBQ before you are delivered back to your hotel that evening in Phnom Penh.
